All leading Bengali Bhagar Web Series OTT platforms are at loggerheads to woo the audiences with their entertainment platter. From love story, crime thrillers, suspense thrillers to social drama; stories from different genres are ready to take the entertainment quotient a level higher.

One of the interesting web projects is ‘Bhagar’, directed by Rajdeep Ghosh. Amlan Majumder has penned the story and dialogues.The soon-to-be-streamed web series will narrate the story of survival. It has a very strong cast and will feature some of the very popular artists of this industry who are known for their acting prowess.
Artists Rajatava Dutta, Aindrila Sharma, Amlan Majumder, Biplab Bandyopadhyay, Pooja Sarkar, Shakti Dey, Mou Bhattacharya, Sumanta Mukherjee will essay prominent roles in this upcoming series. Interestingly, actor Sabyasachi Chowdhury will feature in this new series as well. He is one of the popular faces on Bengali TV who enjoyed a huge name and fame with the success of mythological show ‘Mahapeeth Tarapeeth’. Web series ‘Bhagar’ will mark his debut on the digital platform. Sabyasachi will be seen playing a completely different role in this series unlike his other reel characters on television.
Besides ‘Bhagar’, the same platform has yet another promising tale to tell in its new web series ‘Johnny and Bonny’, starring Debasish Mondal, Swastika Dutta, and young artist Ankit Majumder. Another leading OTT platform will soon stream its thriller ‘Murder By the Sea’ by Anjan Dutt. It will star Anjan Dutt, Ananya Chatterjee, Sujan Mukherjee, Arjun Chakrabarty, Payel Sarkar, Trina Saha and others.
